We’re hiring! Policy Analyst and Advocate positions now open

Investing in Place is looking for new team members committed to making Los Angeles a healthier, more equitable place to live, work, and travel. We want self-motivated and adaptable team players with a passion for social justice and love for Greater Los Angeles.

We are seeking diverse candidates for:

Policy Advocate:  Our ideal Policy Advocate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to cultivate diverse range of relationships, and strong experience in meeting facilitating and public speaking. The Policy Advocate will guide policy recommendations based on priorities and lived experiences of impacted communities in Los Angeles County. Fluency in Spanish or other non-English language strongly preferred.

Policy Analyst:  Our ideal Policy Analyst is expected to produce original research and writing that demystifies transportation policies and governance processes for our multi-sectoral partners. The Policy Analyst should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to cultivate diverse range of relationships, and proven experience writing in a variety of formats, including policy analysis, blogs, and comment letters. Fluency in Spanish or other non-English language strongly preferred.
